  • Compaq Presario CQ61, The laptop cannot be trained

I got a Compaq Presario CQ61 with Windows 7 Home Premium (build 7601) about 4 generations ago.

The computer cannot restart after a long sleep period. I think it is Doesn’t imply automatic reboot after automatic installation of an update – this is just a guess as I don’t have access to a personal computer at the moment, but I recently had a similar problem – a related case where I got “safe boot” mode – repeated by pressing F8 I get access to the entire corresponding screen. I then implemented a link just before installing a major windows update automatically during system restore and that fact seemed to help.

  • In this important case, the F8 route has no effect on the problem; Their “Caps Lock” and “NumLock” constantly flashing only LED (ie not limited number of times) frightens the boots, but there are no other signs of life. Tried using reboot, hard, but to no avail. I also deleted and replaced the memory, but again to no avail.

Can you give me some advice.

    I’m so sorry

I’m sorry I couldn’t help you solve a difficult problem, but perhaps you could try releasing the keyboard, nothing will happen if you don’t lose the real processRubbish and get stuck again. I find the keyboard tense, persistent, soulful.

  • Compaq Presario F730US RAM/OS issues

    Hello world!

I recently purchased this NICE Compaq Presario F730US laptop with Vista Home Premium freshly installed. It seems to work surprisingly well, except for a few steps, but people (literally everyone) have been pushing me to upgrade to Windows 7. I could fix that, since any upgrade to Windows 7 Home Premium Edition right now costs $90 on Amazon. but I can’t tell if I have enough RAM. I installed 1GB and want to install more, but the exact problem according to Critical is that almost all computer media is 2GB, right? I mean, it seems like it’s pretty hard to start Vista properly (to be honest, it’s fine with 1 GB, but Aries is somewhere between forty and 90%, usually +80% now with programs running), but I’ve read that Windows 7 needs 1 GB to run on its own. If so, then 2 GB seems to be enough (Vista is a 32-bit system installed here, and 7 would make it 32-bit), can thist laptop in many cases use more than 2 GB? I don’t know why they are usually “limited” by RAM, once there is one type of thing, it’s not really considered necessary to limit. If 2 GB is absolutely correct, then 2 GB will work with Vista Home Premium Edition, or is it better to leave Vista? I’ve heard a lot of horror books on Vista though everyone seems to like 7. I checked the support/drivers section and it’s been a long journey to get a BIOS update almost 3 years ago so the idea is original which is up to date on the computer.< /p>

    Thanks to just one Allen.

ps if it’s me, can this computer system fit a larger hard drive? Pair, 320 and 500 GB? Are there any features in this category?

    Thank you.

You can install up to 2 GB of memory to help you. I just want to upgrade to Vista so I can actually get the latest service pack.

You can also increase the speed of the hard drive up to 5400 rpm.

The main problem when upgrading to Win7 will be device drivers
